Outside, you'll find a large yard with a patio, barbecue grill, all surrounded by stunning Utah scenery. Located just a short walk from town center and a range of outdoor activities, our modern farmhouse is the perfect home away from home for families, couples, and groups of friends. The Space:
The home is fully stocked and equipped with all the essentials. Each bedroom features comfortable gel hybrid foam mattresses with bamboo sheets and our famous down alternative pillows, you will be sleeping on a cloud. Bathrooms are stocked and equipped with every thing from shampoo body wash and conditioner to hair dryers and towels. Kids and groups will never get bored with our fun game such as foosball, air hockey, darts, puzzles, and more! Lastly, Mount Pleasant is known for the outdoors and there is full access across the street to the high school facilities such as a running track/football field, 5 baseball (kickball) diamonds, 4 tennis courts and a soccer field!

Guest Access:
The home has two driveways, please use the west side driveway. You will enter the home what feels like from the back porch where you'll find a digital door lock to let yourself in.

The Neighborhood:
The town of Mount Pleasant is both charming and welcoming to all! With a strong focus on the outdoors, you will experience one of the best communities in America.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a vehicle when staying here. You will see lots of ATVs and side-by-side traffic. Winter can bring lots of snow - pack and travel accordingly.

The home owner lives in unit B below. Home as well constructed you would never know or hear unit B. Please don't park in the south driveway which appears to look like the front of the home - that is homeowner access only. Guest parking is the west side driveway. Thanks!

Well-stocked and spacious; worked well for a weekend climbing trip. Full-sized washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets supplied. Large Roku TV. Master bed was huge and comfortable. Appreciated the welcome note and chocolates. Access by code was easy and convenient. Fun to have HS football nearby on Friday night.

The only problem was the code to get in.. We didn’t get your 10:00 o’clock message because we were traveling and had no service.. It was resolved but it was stressful to find a number to call to get access code We are missing a carbon fiber wallet.. black carbon fiber one you slip cards and money in.. if you find it please let me know and I will send money to have you send it to me.. thankyou

Perfect little santuary
We came to compete in eventing championships and were exhausted after travel and each day of competition. This house was absolutely perfect! It's quiet, updated, well stocked, has comfortable and clean beds, the dining and living areas were very inviting and comfortable, and it's clear the owners love their rental and gave a top notch hostessing experience! There were lots of lovely touches from the microfiber towels to the welcome chocolates to the soaps and detergents. It was home away from home. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautifully cozy with so many amenities
This spot was truly amazing. My family went on a fishing trip nearby, and this home was so cozy and comfortable, it was the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Our host thought of everything, extra blankets, even toys for little ones. She also had books and games for everyone. This is truly one of the nicest spaces we've stayed in.

Amazing spot, super clean, everything you need
We loved our stay! Had beer time and so clean. Best deal for the price, bed for every kid, and made our family Memorial Day trip so fun. Other than having to send a message about door code (which was promptly responded to), everything else was super seamless and just wonderful.

The property itself was nice and clean and comfortable. But the communication with the advisor was lacking understanding of the way they work was difficult. Getting the right code for the door was a problem. Just bad communication.
