Booked this property through Expedia. My cousin arrived to the property ahead of me and checked in to her room. There was hair in the bathroom and in the safe. The rooms were dark and the ac would not cool the entire room. There are hookers all around this area. The reviews and photos must be fake because they do not reflect the actual property. Expedia tried to get me my money back but was unable to reach the manager. I took the loss as I was not about to stay there.

Everything was great. They had to change our room upon arrival, as I can't navigate stairs. And they didn't have a elevator. They did this with no hassle. Breakfast area was beyond our expectations. Food was fresh and the hospitality person, was fantastic.

The room was extremely noisy (very close to a road). But that wasn't the worse part. The room smelled like an ashtray (especially for people who do not smoke). The lady at the front desk didn't help us to try find another room, she said she couldn't do it because the booking was done via 3rd party (hotels.com). She also told us that the room is for smoking people, not sure how we got there (never been a smoker). Overall pretty terrible experience staying at this hotel.

The room is very small, not super clean, and we found a comb on the floor. The shower handle goes all the way around and doesnt work half the time, and the hot water doesnt get "hot." The staff was friendly however.
