Our stay was a one night late stop on the way home. We only had 3 towels in our room and we had 4 occupants. Due to the remodeling, breakfast was very minimal and did not know this until we checked in. Somewhat disappointing. Website should be updated with this information. Hotel was in the middle of being remodeled so pretty dusty. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel/awkward layout
The front desk was so helpful and went the extra mile. The room was clean and wonderful. Comfortable bed. However, there is current construction. The hallways are long and the elevators are quite a distance to walk and drag luggage.

Beautifully remodeled property. Loved the option of sitting in the courtyard around the fire, having a lounge available, and breakfast in the morning. Only complaint would be the bathroom really doesn’t have any storage. Just a feeeatandinf sink with no shelving.

We stayed here several times in 2024 to bring our cat to CSU vet hospital appointments. The staff are wonderful and kind about our situation, the room is just what we need, and having breakfast and dinner options on-site is really helpful when you are traveling with a pet and can't go many places.

Sub Par experience
It was plan B for graduation weekend that the VRBO fell through. I tried to have family by each other and was assured we would be and we were on opposite sides of hotel! The house keeping staff didn’t clean room after I had requested it after two nights. Just sub par.

The room is nice and clean. The Cesar salad I had was terrible. Tasted like they put only red wine vinegar on it not Cesar dressing. They don’t clean room unless you ask so I stayed 5 days and constantly had to ask for coffee.

The staff was friendly and courteous. However our room was not cleaned at any point. We had to get our own coffee packets and cups for the second morning. The in room phone did not work. Our trash was overflowing. Beds were comfortable.
