Better then the place we stayed the night before but the curtains I’m pretty sure had blood on them room 124, says 13 minute walk from cascade springs more like a 9 mile drive

Good chain hotel option. Good clean and quiet rooms. Typical breakfast. The Mexican restaurant across the road and slightly up the hill is a great diner option, and an easy walk. Would recommend

The facility was nice and clean but woefully understaffed. There was very little available for breakfast by the time we got to breakfast at 8:00 am. It took almost 45 minutes to check in (with only one group ahead of us) because the person at the check in desk had to wait for the manager to arrive.

Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable. However, our room was short of towels and one was torn in multiple spots. Then, breakfast was virtually absent - no juice, most serving dishes empty. Trash was blowing out of smelly trash cans outside the building. This property was a favorite when we stayed four years ago, but we won’t be returning.

Ok no problem, clean but missing tissues and only 2 towels for three of us for 2 Day stay. Breakfast sign says until 10 but in the breakfast area it said until 9 and they quit at 9am

Not a happier lodger.
Rep tried three rooms before finally getting one for us. Breakfast was chaotic people didn’t show up to prepare. Pool is a joke, only 3ft deep.

It’s a little sketchy when you drive on to the property. The woman checking us in was pleasant, however hard to understand. The elevator had someone’s water bottle, our room had hair in the sink & shower, the fake flowers in the pots outside were dirty & just thrown in there. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were small. I could go on, but you get the gist.
