Great Clean Friendly Hotel!
What a cool place. We were going to the Brooks & Dunn concert at shoreline and decided to get a hotel room. Came across this place and booked it. Although we did not get a chance to check out all of the amenities, the room and employees were great! The room was very modern and very clean! I would highly recommend this place and we will be staying here again for our next concert.

The staff were very unhelpful here, we left out passports in the safe and no phone call or email to let us know. When we realised and called them they said they were aware they had been handed into reception but why couldn’t they let us know? When I asked if they could recommend a taxi company to get them to the airport to us again no help. This is poor customer service and not something you would expect of a higher rated hotel, when I questioned it they said they can’t call international numbers yet an email could have been sent and wasn’t. We were extremely disappointed considering the importance of what had been left.

Lovely, beautiful, convenient. Very thoughtful amenities within the hotel considering that there is no conveniences that are walkable. Pool, fire pit, workout room, lawn area- nearby Stevens Creek Trail and Freeway access- amazing. I happened to arrive on a Friday when the staff was clearly tired from the business travelers all week- 3:45pm is too late to get decent food at the Starbucks style coffee shop and too early to get anything at the bar. Front desk staff had the same lack of energy. But the property is amazing and very convenient.

Well-appointed, large room. Comfortable bed. Very clean and updated facility. Only drawback is paying for parking — there did not seem to be any need for that charge. There was no limitation as to space, and it was certainly not a walkable location.

The hotel is beautiful!! I was a little bummed that I couldn’t find a vending machine, but it didn’t look that hard. I wish there was breakfast included But otherwise it’s a great hotel!
