Pool areas need some cleaning and clearing out cobwebs around corners and along bottoms of walls by hot tub. Pool water was cloudy. Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Like the pancake machine.

I have stayed at this property about 5 times since Sept '22. This last time, May '24, was a disappointment. The cleanliness, professionalism of staff, room quality, cleanliness of pool, and breakfast all have significantly gone downhill. This has been our go-to hotel for a family biannual trip, but this past trip will be our last and we will find a new hotel.

They need to learn some finer points.
One thing to have politically tendentious TV playing discreetly somewhere in the lobby somewhere is one thing but big loud angry Fox TV blaring at you a few feet from your shoulder at the front desk is kind of offensive, regardless of one's political persuasion. Why they would refuse to print or email a receipt for me at checkout is weird - never had that happen before at a hotel. They said I needed to get it from Expedia.
