It was a wonderful stay and the hotel staff was more than wonderful. The booking option was excellent. I want to thank the receptionist or the on-duty manager, Perena khare, for the help she provided. She is a professional employee who deserves to be in a high position. I also thank the employee in the pool area, Hansika. Her style makes you feel that you are sitting in a place filled with love for work in exchange for the guest’s comfort. A wonderful style.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly. Just breakfast time it seems as if the more important people get better service then other people. We waited for our food for like 30 minutes and the person next to us who seemed to be someone important just arrived and got all the food immediately. Think that is discrimination seeing that we all paid to stay at the same hotel

This is a once in life experience like visiting the real Taj. The place overwhelms every sense from the moment you step in. The staff makes one feel right at home with unique Indian greetings and making sure everyone has an individualized experience. You can beat the view from the room, seeing the gateway and sea without experiencing the hustle and bustle. Worth every penny and more.
