Hotel is ok, seems like staff didn’t know how to do certain tasks. Room was clean but tv was not working, area around the hotel is loud at night, they give a set of earplugs but I don’t like sleeping with those and so I had a very bad sleep.

Suite was self-contained with full kitchen, sitting and eating areas, and a desk. Lot's of closet space. Daily maid service was more than needed. As a single person on a short stay, I did not attempt to prepare food in the suite. There was no breakfast available within the hotel.

We liked the blackout blinds and kept it nice and dark. There is a white noise and fan in the room. The pullout was meh. Park higher up in the garage. Earls downstairs was great.

Excellent Stay for Hospital Visit
Had a quick stay here to visit family in hospital. This is an excellent hotel with great staff. It is extremely conveniently located across the street from the hospital. The front desk gave me an upgrade to a one bedroom suite and a late checkout at no charge. Staff was quick and responsive to request for an extra blanket for the room. The room was very large and clean; bed was extremely comfortable and bedding was of great quality. Parking is convenient, but a bit tight for a large vehicle.

The staff were great - check in was easy and they were so willing to help with any of our needs. The suite was very clean and had every thing we needed. Beds were comfy and pillows were dreamy. Room was a little cold one night but they were very accommodating by providing an extra heater and some more blankets. Hotel felt safe and was quiet. Would highly recommend!
