8th time staying that the Ambiance Rivoli. Super easy access to U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Bakery, supermarket and gas station all nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Clean facility and friendly staff. Full and tasty breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got there around 10:30 pm the reception closed at 9 but there was a number to call at the desk. We called and staff member came right away and help us! We accidentally booked for 2 twin beds instead of a queen and even at 10/11 pm at night he was still able to accommodate us by letting us switch rooms and helping us to park our car. We have an American made car which can be hard to park in European garages sometimes so we were so grateful for his help. Lots of amenities were unavailable due to covid including minibar, spa, hotel restaurant dine-in, & hygiene items but we still enjoyed our stay. Rooms were nice and clean & look like the online pictures. I wish I would have known about the unavailable amenities but now if was

Great stay at Ambiance Rivoli,Munich
I had a brief stay at Ambiance Rivoli which was very nice.Excellent service from Staff.They did their best to give me an early check-in ,as I needed to go to the ISPO show. Due to unforeseen circumstances,I had to leave a day early and my last night was non-refundable.They kindly did not charge me for the breakfasts I had before,as their contribution to that.They did not have to do that and I am very grateful for that.Only point I would raise is to suggest they provide some coffee/tea facilities in the room.This is common with all 4-star hotels.

This stay is highly upsetting considering this is my newlywed husband and mines honeymoon. I surly hope you’ll make it up to us in some way. I had to run downstairs a few times to the reception to get stuff that were missing in the room as the guy in the reception was alone and could not bring it to me. Even a wine bottle opener- I was asked by the bartender to bring in down to him as he has only 1 and could also not sent it over to my not so great room to begin with. All in all, a horrible and terrible experience. Not at all what I had expected from your comp which I’ve enjoyed booking with many times before. Very disappointing!
