This property does not provide Five Star service nor understands the meaning of it. At check-in. They stated our room was ready, but needed to be approved by the manager. They asked that we sit in the lobby. After 15 min, we decided to have lunch in lobby. 30 min later, we did not hear from the front desk. We went up to the same clerk and she was confused. A five star resort, would have found us when the room was ready and brought us the keys. And had the luggage sent to our room. We ate at the lobby and bar on 3 different occasions. The wait staff wall by you and do not even acknowledge your presence. It's like a hunting game to get their attention. I blame the management for not teaching them what 5 star service is. Try the Mandarin Oriental.

For that price i was expecting a better room quality and more modern facilities. The hotel experience is good overall but nothing fantastic aside if the quality of the food that is top notch
