Nice hotel overall, rooms are a bit outdated but very nice staff and nice breakfast buffet! The hotel itself is very conveniently located for getting to the train station but the area is a bit sketchy

The hotel is lovely and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only recommendation is for them to keep their eyes on the complimentary water in the lobby; it is very hot and is weary travelers really look forward to getting a drink of water after being out.

Our room was a bit smaller than what I anticipated but it was clean and quiet. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The location was close to the train station and walkable to all of Old Town. There is an Aldi a few blocks away and an excellent italian restaurant across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff here were some of the friendliest I’ve encountered at a hotel. They made the whole experience for me. The hotel was quiet and central but the staff went above and beyond!

Great friendly staff. Decided to stay here before our next leg of the journey so location was close to the train station and bus terminal. However if you want something right in town it’s a bit of a walk, but not that far.

Very good hotel in the center of Munich, can't fault it at all. The rooms were spotless, the staff were super friendly and willing to let my practice my terrible German with them, and it was beautifully decorated both inside and in the garden. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of options, fresh food and attentive staff. We also were given 1L complimentary mineral water everyday which was great, as it meant I could fill my canteen without tap water. Definitely will be returning when coming back to München A

We had a great week in Munich and this hotel certainly was a big contributor. The A/C worked beautifully and the room while compact was very well laid out to maximize space. Breakfast buffet was consistently good and the convenience store wasn't outrageously overpriced. Proximity to the train station also cannot be beaten, literally can go anywhere in the region from this vantage point. Definitely will be returning for my next trip to Munich.
