I would recommend anyone to stay here, the hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful with directions and recommendations. The location is close to the train without the noise.

The reception staff made an excellent first impression abd were very eelcoming and friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I especially liked the selection of loose-leaf teas that were available free of charge. The hotel was a three minite walk to the main train station.

Perfect tourist hotel in downtown Munich. The staff could not have been nicer. I reserved parking in the hotel and loved taking the car elevator! If you need to park a car, I highly recommend to reserve a spot ahead as there are only 6 parking spots. There are 3 coffee shops within less than a minute walk, all amazing. The hotel also has coffee and tea and some apples always available and some wine for a small price. My room was a single, perfect amount of space and a darling antique- design bed. Not that I needed the vanity kit, but the box was open and empty. That is pretty much the only minor negative thing I noticed. I would absolutely stay here again when in Munich.

Probably would chose another hotel next time.
The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, but checking in took a long time because several people ahead of us seemed to have trouble with the computerized check in system. The bed had plastic or similar under the very thin bed sheets which made for sweaty skin. The bathroom was very small and it had an unpleasant odor off and on - like there was a problem with sewage venting.
