This apartment is very nice and completely renovated. It is on the first floor only two minutes walk from Dachau station with many shops in the immediate vicinity (Edeka, many coffee shops, pastry shops, restaurants, clothing stores, etc.
The apartment has 2 1/2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom, a kitchen a parking space, a garage (if desired) and a large balcony.
The beautiful apartment also has a split air conditioner inverter !!
The house is away from the hectic of the day and is located in a quiet courtyard. In the courtyard is a large garden and several parking spaces and garages.
The living room has a large dining table, two sofa beds, (140x200) and a large balcony.

The smaller bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

From the station Dachau one is in about 20-25 minutes in the city center of Munich. The S-Bahn trains and trains run in the main pages every 10 minutes, otherwise every 20 minutes.

In front of the station is also the main bus station of Dachau. Thus it is very easy to drive to the concentration camp.
