Welcome to our villa in Costa Rei, a location in southeastern Sardinia renowned for its stunning white sandy beaches! Just 700 meters from the beach, the house offers breathtaking views of the sea and hills.

Ascend a staircase from the private parking, and you'll find yourself in a tranquil retreat surrounded by greenery with panoramic views. The house comprises a spacious room with a double bed and a single bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower cabin, a living room with a kitchenette and a sliding glass door to enjoy the scenery. In the living room, there's a wooden loft with a single bed and a half and a sofa bed.

Outside, you can enjoy a covered veranda and a large garden with lawn and flowers that promises absolute privacy, hosting an equipped barbecue for unforgettable evenings. On the lower floor of the house, there's a small room with two single beds and a little bathroom with a sea view, accessible via an external staircase, perfect for friends or family.

Outside, a hot water shower with a panoramic view of the sea adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to your stay. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine to make your vacation even more comfortable. It is air-conditioned, but in the summer, it stays cool thanks to its east-facing exposure. The house has WiFi connection.

Despite being surrounded by nature, the villa is within the context of the Costa Rei resort, just a short walk from pharmacies, markets, local restaurants, shops, and facilities organizing water activities and excursions.

Fantastic views
My husband and I stayed in Mario's house for a week in May. We loved it! The house was very clean and well furnished, including laundry facilities. It appeared that the house had recently been refurbished. The bed was comfortable. Be aware that there are 40+ steps from the car parking level to the house. Mario left us a guide describing local and regional markets and tourist attractions. Costa Rei and the surrounding areas have beautiful beaches.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Das Objekt ist genauso, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Aussicht traumhaft, Wohn-/Küchenbereich sehr gut ausgestatet, sauber. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt bei diesem Objekt ist nur das wirklich sehr kleines Zimmer eine Ebene tiefer. Obwohl wir damit schon gerechnet haben (Fotos) und von Mario nochmals drauf hingewiesen wurden, waren wir doch etwas verdutzt. Da es aber nur zum Schlafen diente und alles andere uns sehr gefallen hat, würden wir das Haus unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Wunderbar
Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einzigartig. Die Terrasse so wie der Garten sehr ideal um sich gut zu erholen. Ruhig, uneinsichtbar und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist auch optimal. Mario Spiga ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und jederzeit zu erreichen wenn man Fragen hat. Danke Mario!!! Der Kühlschrank ist auch erwähnenswert. Gross und praktisch. Die Treppen zum Haus hoch waren eine gute sportliche Betätigung. Generell hat es alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wieder da unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Strände rund herum….. mein Lieblingsstrand Cala Sinzias, sind wunderschön. Danke!!!!!

Mario, ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Zum Haus, das ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben :) ein Traum Blick aufs Meer. Mann muss Sportlich sein, vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus, sind es 47 stufen die man laufen muss. Etwas Negative gab es leider doch, wir waren wahrscheinlich die 1 in dieser Saison der Rasen, war leider in einen schlechten zustand. Lg Roberto aus offennach

Meine Tochter und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt in Costa Rei sehr genossen. Der Ort ist unglaublich schön und das Haus bietet eine tolle Aussicht über den Ort auf das Meer. Es ist sehr gepflegt und hat alles, was man benötigt. Mario ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, Check-In war unkompliziert und als wir ankamen, lag schon eine kleine Willkommensaufmerksamkeit auf dem Tisch. Mario ist auch sehr hilfsbereit, falls man Fragen oder Anliegen hat. Kurz gesagt: Diese Unterkunft und Costa Rei sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank.

Phänomenale Aussicht

Herrliches Ferienhaus
Wir waren begeistert von diesem tollen Ferienhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das besondere Highlight war der atemberaubende Ausblick auf die Costa Rei. Die Hängematte mit Blick aufs Meer wurde zum Lieblingsplatz und die Außendusche wurde besonders gern genutzt. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 adulti in questa casa per 1 settimana a Luglio 2021. La struttura ha tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. La casa era pulita, accogliente e ben suddivisa in tutti i suoi spazi interni ed esterni. Il giardino molto curato e ben tenuto, la veranda davanti all'ingresso per mangiare all'aperto ha una vista mozzafiato su Costa Rei e sul mare. Comodi i 2 bagni interni + la doccia calda esterna con annessa vista. Zona molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato sotto casa. Proprietario di casa sempre disponibile via email e messaggi. Location consigliata per visitare tutte le spiagge del sud-est della Sardegna e non solo.

Perfekter Urlaub mit grandiosen Ausblick
Dieses wunderschöne Haus würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Alle Räume sind in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustand. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf´s Meer von der Küche, Terasse und Garten ist grandios. Es ist sehr ruhig und der Garten ist uneinsehbar. Täglich haben uns Schildkröten besucht. Es gibt ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Außendusche mit warmen Wasser und Ausblick ist ein schönes Extra. Wie auch die Hängematte im Garten. Die Lage des Hauses ist zentral. Man ist in 5 Minuten an einem schönen Sandstrand mit flachen Zugang zum Meer, ideal für Kinder. Auch viele andere Küsten- und Strandabschnitte sind in der Nähe und schnell zu errreichen. Man ist schnell in den Bergen, wer gerne wandert oder in der Stadt zum einkaufen. Die Kommunikation mit Mario war unkompliziert und stets sehr freundlich. Er war sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen. Vielen Dank Mario und Mima für eure Gastfreundschaft und diesen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub!

Bellissima Sardegna
Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa bellissima casa a Costa Rei. La casa è pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per una famiglia. Ha una bellissima veranda dove consumare i pasti "vista mare" e uno stupendo giardino dove rilassarsi e godere del barbeque. Volendo, si può raggiungere la spiaggia con una breve camminata(10 minuti),ma è comunque un eccellente punto di partenza per visitare tutte le spiagge di questa bellissima costa utilizzando la macchina(posto auto disponibile). I proprietari, pur non abitando in loco,sono stati gentilissimi già prima del nostro arrivo dando tutte le istruzioni di cui avevamo bisogno e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno omaggiato con un graditissimo vassoio di dolcetti sardi. Inoltre, si sono dimostrati disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Sicuramente speriamo di ritornare al più presto!

Einfach nur perfekt
Wir waren in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen in Marios Haus. Alles war perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe, von Mario und seiner Frau, war direkt vor Ort. Die beiden geben sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe , das es ein perfekter Urlaub wird. Die Komunikation ist total unkompliziert über Whatsup. Mario und seine Frau versuchen dem Gast fast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. DIe beiden haben extra für uns die Sträucher vor der Terasse herunterheschnitten, damit wir den Meerblick in seiner vollen Pracht geniessen konnten. Die Aussendusche mit warmen Wasser und Blick auf die Costa Rei haben wir täglich benutzt. Der Garten ist wie beschrieben, völlig uneinsehbar. Danke nochmal für alles.
