Benvenuti a La Casa del Sole con splendida vista mare, a soli 300mt dalla spiaggia di Costa Rei definita da Lonely Planet tra le 10 più belle al mondo e raggiungibile a piedi in soli 4 minuti. A pochi metri dal centro e da tutte le principali attività e servizi, Market, bar, ristoranti, panificio, pizzerie, edicola, piazzetta, gelaterie, area giochi bimbi. L'ottima posizione vi consentirà di evitare l'uso dell'auto e raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro a piedi.

Casa è ristrutturata, tutto all'interno è nuovo. Abbiamo scelto di arredarla con colori rilassanti bianco, legno chiaro e celeste e di creare un ambiente comodo e funzionale. Ogni scelta è stata pensata per ospitarvi al meglio e rendere più felice la vostra vacanza.

La casa è così composta:
-Soggiorno con un caratteristico soffitto di travi in legno, divano 3posti, TV Satellitare 42", tavolo 8 posti, climatizzatore ed una grande vetrata scorrevole che unisce l'interno con l'esterno.
-Cucina componibile con forno e microonde, macchina per espresso e cappuccino, tostapane, calici per il vino, biancheria da tavola e tutto il necessario.
-Camera letto matrimoniale, dove si può posizionare su richiesta una culla per bambini, dotata di ventilatore a pale sul soffitto e zanzariera.
-Camera letto a castello trasformabile in matrimoniale con letto estraibile, zanzariera e climatizzatore.
-Bagno con box doccia, asciugacapelli, e Kit di pronto soccorso.
-Zona lavanderia con lavatrice, stendibiancheria e mollette.
-Giardino privato con prato verde, recintato in muratura e aiuole alte per garantire la vostra privacy. Organizzato per stare piacevolmente all'aperto con due pergole, una con il salottino per esterni dove stare in relax, l'altra con un grande tavolo in legno per le colazioni, pranzi e cene sempre fronte mare.
Potrete utilizzare la doccia esterna al rientro dalla spiaggia ed il barbecue la sera per delle gustose grigliate di carne o pesce con un buon bicchiere di vino.

Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Antonella. Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist in 4 Minuten am Strand und auch in kurzer Zeit im Dorf. Das Häuschen steht am Berg, so dass man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer hat. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, sei es in der Küche, im Bad oder Utensilien für den Strand. Die Gastgeber sind herausragend zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein kleines Paradies
Unsere Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie abgebildet. Sehr sauber und viel Liebe ins Detail. Alles was man benötigt, war zu 100 % vorhanden. Hier kann man als Selbstversorger auch mit dem Flugzeug anreisen, da man kein Equipment von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Antonella und Alessandro sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Zum Strand hat man einige Stufen zu überwinden, wir haben es vorgezogen mit dem Auto zum Strand zu fahren. Guter Parkplatz am Strand vorhanden und der Strand ist ein Traum. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Bianca und Bruno

Das Ferienhaus ist extrem sauber und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Es liegt 300m oberhalb des sehr schönen Strandes von Costa Rei in einer ruhigen Ferienhaus- Siedlung. Es ist mit wirklich allem (inkl. WLAN) ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir waren im April dort bei Sonne, 20 Grad und türkisblauem Wasser Antonella und Alessandro sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei allen Fragen wirklich immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zuhause gefühlt. Ein echter Tipp für einen tollen Urlaub auf Sardinien! Perfect place for a wonderful vacation The house is extremely clean and very friendly furnished. It is 300m above the very beautiful beach of Costa Rei in a quiet holiday home area. It is equipped with really everything (incl. WLAN) that you need. We were there in April with sun, 20 degrees and turquoise water Antonella and Alessandro are very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. We felt at home from the first moment. A real tip for a great holiday in Sardinia!

Das Haus entsprich genau dem Inserat. Die Gastgeber sind wunderbar, sehr zuvorkommend und helfen wo sie nur können. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig und der sehr schöne Strand ist zu Fuss in 5min zu erreichen.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Besitzern in Empfang genommen. Das Haus ist etwas erhöht über Costa Rei gelegen und über genau 77 Treppenstufen :-) ist der Strand und das Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar (nicht für Kleinkinder mit Kinderwagen und für Personen nit Gehbehinderung geeignet) Wir haben die tolle Aussicht aufs Mittelmeer mit schönen Sonnenaufgängen vom Garten aus genossen! Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche sowie mit dem Grill im Garten haben wir viele Mahlzeiten selber zubereitet. Ein tolles Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber, danke Antonella and Alessandro!

Wunderbare Unterkunft und sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber

Beautiful location and a comfortable house.
We are a family of four people and we were here for 12 days. We enjoyed the visit at this location a lot. Antonella and Alessandro are super nice people and very kind. The Check-In was super easy and they explained everything to us. What we really liked was the fact, that this house was equipped with everthing which is needed for beach holiday. Even some food was already available and there was no need for us to buy something new. Which was super nice, since we could immeadiatly start with holiday. Our kids enjoyed the house, too. They had some toys available and some stuff for the beach, too. The location is super quite and we had a wonderfull view on the sea. And the sunrise each morning is incredible to see. We would definetly book this location again! Thanks to Antonella and Alessandro!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Sardinien
Wir haben im Mai eine tolle und erholsame Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Alessandro und Antonella verbracht. Das Ferienhaus hat einen traumhaften Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Wir haben das morgens bei Frühstück sehr genossen. Abends hört man das Rauschen des Meeres und kann bei einem Getränk den Tagen ausklingen lassen. Der Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Strand und die Lokale sowie Geschäfte in Costa Rei sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Antonella und Alessandro sind liebenswerte Gastgeber die bei Fragen immer erreichbar waren. Bedingt durch unseren frühen Rückflug und den Abgabetermin unseres Mietwagens mussten wir bereits um 6.30 Uhr auschecken. Auch dies war kein Problem für Antonella und Alessandro. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Bungalow
Das Bungalow ist mehr als gut ausgestattet und im Umkreis sicher eines der Besten! Die Eigentümer sind herzlich und besonders darauf bedacht ihre Gäste rundum zufrieden zu machen! Wer mit Handgepäck reisen möchte hat hier alle Annehmlichkeiten! Von Zahnpasta über Shampoo, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Öl und Gewürzen ist alles da! Selbst Schirme für den Strand stehen bereit. Wir waren in der ersten Maiwoche dort. Leider hatten noch einige Supermärkte und Shops zu. Die Eigentümer hatten jedoch eine Liste für uns bereit so dass wir nicht lange suchen mussten. Ein Auto ist absolut zu empfehlen! Die Stufen zum Haus sind absolut kein Problem. Die Strandnähe ist klasse und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war super und wir können die beiden einfach nur weiterempfehlen!

Erholung mit Blick aufs Meer
Wir haben hier im Oktober eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Nach dem Aufstehen blickt man direkt aufs Meer - Sonnenaufgang inkl. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alessandro & Antonella sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sogar nachts um halb zwölf, da der Flieger Verspätung hatte. Wir haben gute Tipps fürs Einkaufen & Essen gehen erhalten. Alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie 🤗👌😍 We spent a wonderful week here in October. After getting up you look directly at the sea - including sunrise. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Alessandro & Antonella are very friendly hosts, even at half past eleven because the plane was delayed. We received great tips for shopping and dining out. Everything perfect. We would love to come back.

Sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Schöne Pergola und fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Räumlichkeiten eher klein aber zweckmässig. Einziger Nachteil sind die vielen Treppen zum Haus.

Toller Urlaub mit Traumausblick in einer wunderschönen Gegend!
Liebe Antonella und Alessandro, wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen, leider viel zu kurzen Urlaub in euerer Traumvilla! Ihr beiden seid absolut herzlich und gastfreundlich! Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit all den schönen Details ist mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet (von Küche bis Bad) und hat nicht nur voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, sondern auch absolut unseren Geschmack getroffen. Die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft ist fussläufig am Meer gelegen! Toll war übrigens, dass in der Villa auch alles für den Strand bereitgestellt wurde (von Sonnenschirmen bis zum Kinderspielzeug). Fast täglich haben wir einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang mit einem tollen Kaffe in der Hand auf der Terrasse beobachtet! (Übrigens hat uns der Kaffe so gut geschmeckt, dass zu Hause angekommen, die gleiche Kaffeemaschine bestellt wurde :D) Vielen herzlichen Dank Antonella und Alessandro, der Vermentino ist kalt gestellt ;) Wir hoffen, euch erneut besuchen zu dürfen und den Ausblick auf das Meer zu genießen! Grazie mille!

Kleines schmuckes Häuschen mit etwas beschwerlichen Zugang
Sehr freundliche,hilfsbereite Vermieter. Kleines gemütliches Häuschen mit sehr reichlich ausgestatter Küche. Gute Grundausstattung wie z.B Duschgel, Toilettenpapier, Gewürze etwas. Aussengrill mit allen Zutaten. Der Zugang zum Haus ist beschwerlich, da mindestens 50 z.t.unterschiedlich große Stufen zu bewältigen sind. Wir hatten ebykes dabei, die wir nur sehr beschwerlich ins Haus brachten.

Piacevole casa con vista et tranquilita
Grazie a Antonella e Alessandro per la simpatica accoglienza . Abbiamo passato delle splendide ferie nella vostra resindeza e le proposte dei ristoranti erano perfete. La spiaggia della costa rei e una delle piu belle e non abbiamo dovuto prendere la macchina. Consiglio la casa a tutti quelli che vogliono passare delle vacanze in spiaggia in un posto bello e tranquillo. Un piccolo pensiero a tutti i Sardi che anno perso un patrimonio nelli incendi di quest'estate del 2021. Cordiali saluti

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit tollem Ausblick! - Wonderful Vacation with a view!
Wir (mein Mann und ich) haben im September 2020 volle 2,5 Wochen in dem tollen Ferienhäuschen in Costa Rei verbracht. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und haben festgestellt, dass dieser fantastische Meerblick wirklich nochmal extra zur Entspannung beigetragen hat. Morgens mit einem frisch gebrühten Cappuccino auf der überdachten Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick zu genießen – perfekt! Davon abgesehen ist das Häuschen sehr gut ausgestattet, alles gut in Schuss und sehr harmonisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zu erwähnen sind auch die kurzen Wege (über Treppenstufen, da das Haus in den Hügel gebaut ist) zum Strand und auch zu den Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten in Costa Rei. Alles in allem eine perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig und entspannend, aber nah am Meer und dem Ort – die Treppen haben uns nicht gestört, damit haben wir uns dann die Pizza abends verdient! Antonella und Alessandro waren tolle Gastgeber, die Übergabe am Anfang und zum Ende war sehr nett und wir denken definitiv darüber nach, nochmal wiederzukommen. Me and my husband spent in September 2020 full 2,5 weeks in the lovely house in Costa Rei. We totally enjoyed the vacation, and we noticed that especially the Ocean view was a huge relaxing factor for us. To sit on the terrace in the morning with a freshly brewed cappuccino and enjoying the view is just perfect! Besides that, the house is very good equipped with everything you need, all in good shape and state. And nicely and lovely decorated as well! I also would like to mention the very short walking distance (via stairs, as the house is built into the hills) to the beach and also to restaurants and supermarkets in Costa Rei. The house is really just perfectly located, quiet and relaxing with a view, but also close to Ocean and shops – and we were not bothered by the stairs, this made us earn the pizzas for dinner! Antonella and Alessandro were great hosts, the handovers were very nice and we think to come again in the future to this lovely place.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung
Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Antonella, die Vermieterin hat die Wohnung liebevoll und mit Blick auf nützliche Details eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft bei Rückfragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Jolanthe & Alexander
