Our apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard having been FULLY REFURBISHED IN 2023 and enjoys fantastic views over the golf course. The apartment is in an excellent location being only steps away from a communal pool and a five minutes walk from the resort centre/golf practice areas. With air-conditioning and central heating the apartment is perfect for summer and winter holidays. A large covered terrace with garden is only steps away from the large communal pool. The terrace is furnished with stylish outdoor lounge set including table and sun loungers.

Lovely, relaxing break! Apartment was clean and had everything you needed.The huge pool was just steps away and the supermarket was a 10 minute walk. Very quiet resort which is ideal for relaxing and unwinding

A wonderful place to stay
We were very happy staying here. The apartment has everything that is needed, and the short walk to the communal (but never busy) pool was perfect. We were also only a ten minute walk from the small (but well-stocked) shop, bar and restaurant. If you stay here and want to explore the area, or go to the beach, you will need a car. We hired one at the airport which made getting to the resort very straightforward. The host responded to questions immediately and was very accommodating.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment with everything you’d need for a holiday abroad. Very close to a lovely big pool and short walk to the main clubhouse and spar shop. Spent every morning in the sun on the terrace then afternoons to cool down by the pool. Air conditioning a very welcome relief! Would happily rent this apartment again & enjoyed my stay

Place is very nice and quiet. Nice trees and plants. 24h security. There is one shop - well stocked and one restaurant also good. Big clean swimming pool. We really like the place. Andy is very nice and helpful person 5* Owner of the flat where we stay should do some updates. Dishwasher and oven didn’t work. Barbecue wasn’t there and some small things was not wright. But generally place we really like it and recommend it. You also need a car to explore the area.

So disappointing. There was a horrid smell, which we believe was coming from the dirty and stained curtains and cushions, we had this the hole time we were there. The dining room chairs were completely worn and torn, as were the garden coffee table and broken sun loungers. An outside dining table would have been useful which meant we had to eat all our meals inside, also there was no mop to clean the tiled floor. We sent photos of the condition to the owner, via the agent with a request for a price reduction, BUT we had no response at all, not even a refusal of our request. The property SHOULD NEVER have been let out in such a condition.

Value for money
The apartment was lovely. The weather was not great the first week but the apartment had a great heating system. It was greatly appreciated in the evening. The second week we had the sun which was great. The only thing to remember that is you only get a few hours of sunshine in December. So if you want the sun you will need to stay in until noon and then go out. That is not a complaint just some advise. As the terrace was lovely as was the furniture. But you do know this before you go. I would consider the apartment was great value for money. And it would be very handy in the summer for pool and it had a great view over the golf course. Also had underground parking which was very handy. Also La Zena was not far away for retail and grocery shopping. A couple of nice restaurants in Sucina which were very nice. Played golf a few times. A little bit expensive but it was worth it. Also not far from the beach due to it being motorway most of the way which was great. Never had to pay for parking which is unusual. All in all a lovely holiday and a lovely golf complex with very nice security staff.

Very pleasant holiday home, perfectly located for easy access to the pool Just a few metres away. We loved relaxing on the sun beds every morning, and when the sun went off the terrace at about 3pm we forced ourselves to get out and about to the beaches, an easy 20 min drive away. Everything necessary was provided, apartment was clean and tidy, and the best bit is staying on this lovely peaceful complex. It is so relaxing, you can watch the golfers while sipping your G&T, what more could you want! Then when it gets too hot just wander to the gorgeous clean pool for a few lengths. Spar shop and restaurant are an easy 10 min stroll away. Absolutely no negatives!

The apartment was nicely furnished, bright and clean. Lovely views from the terrace across the fairway. Just seconds from a lovely large pool which we had mainly to ourselves. The shop on the compkex had everything we needed at reasonable prices. The restaurant bar had a good food and drinks menu. The apartment was just the right size for 4 adults and was so peaceful which was just what we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was clean and spacious and had everything in it that you could possibly need, we would recommend hiring a car, however it is in close driving distance to many surrounding towns and cities, so much to see, the Golf Resort has a well stocked Supermarket and a lovely restaurant, We were very very happy with everything and would definitely recommend to everyone...thank you

We stayed for 8 days in August and enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great spot, the pool just a few steps away. Sadly we experienced a few days torrential rain which is not usual for the time of year. Very relaxing holiday, would recommend!

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
A lovely apartment, well maintained and modern. Excellent facilities on site with a lovely restaurant and what looked like a first class golf course. Unfortunately I was unable to play it. The location means that a car would be recommended. Very pleased with our week spent in this apartment. Will recommend to anyone who asks about our holiday.

La finca es hermosa, con buena vigilancia y seguridad, el piso es tal cual aparece en la publicación, limpio, bonito, con todos los utensilios que necesitas en la cocina, la piscina muy bien, con pulseras para su acceso, el único detalle es que laTV daba un error y no pudimos habilitarla, preguntamos al cacero y no nos supo decir cual era el error, por todo lo demás estupendo muy recomendable.
