The Space:
Our home was carefully thought of with you in mind. Enjoy the boutique feel of beautiful designer touches throughout. 4 spacious sleeping quarters. Master Bedroom = King Bed. Bedroom 2 = 2 Full Beds. Bedroom 3 = 1 Full over Full Bunk Bed with twin trundle. Sun room = Twin Day Bed.

Brand new large flat screen Smart TVs in every room. Cook your family delicious meals with our fully equipped kitchen; stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. All beached out? Come and swim in our refreshing beachfront pool.

New heating and air units were installed so that our guests will be the most comfortable! Digital Thermostats, High Speed Wifi, Smart TVs, Keypad Entry / Smart Lock (no need to keep up with keys). We provide cozy linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We even have a pack n' play with fresh sheets provided for you if you are bringing a sweet little one. Save your vacation time and let us take care of everything for you.

3 parking passes provided with each rental. Additional parking is available for FREE across the street.

This condo is on Garden City Beach, but has a Murrell's Inlet address. The unit is all on one floor, which is up 2 flights of stairs (parking underneath the building, then there is one floor of condos and ours is on the 2nd floor above that). We have never had a complaint about the amount or difficulty of the stairs and it is extremely common for all homes (both single family and condo) to be raised up with stairs, to avoiding hurricane flooding.

The pool is shared with our neighbor residents, but is extremely large and we've never seen it crowded. It's so nice for kids to be able to go back and forth from the ocean to the pool and for parents to setup their chairs on the sand, in the middle of their path.

A short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Shopping Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and more! Visit Brookgreen Gardens just minutes away in Murrells Inlet to view one of the world's largest collections of sculptures by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. A little further south is Pawley's Island, home of famous Rope Hammocks stores, followed by the gorgeous waterfront of Georgetown. No trip here is complete with eating at one of the many many waterfront restaurants at the Murrels Inlet Marshwalk (A quaint picturesque waterfront boardwalk that stretches over half a mile along the waterway and estuary and is lined with lively eateries offering nightly live music). Don't forget Huntington Beach State Park, which is right next door. There, you can catch real live alligators in their natural habitat as you stroll along endless wooden walkways (don't worry; walkways are raised up and have railings to the gators can't get too close to you). Wild Water and Wheels is right down the street and provides the thrills of a full size water park and go carts.

The person renting with The Carolina Cottages must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. No smoking is allowed.

Other Things to Note:
We do provide all clean linens/towels, blankets. The only thing we don't provide is beach towels. So feel free to bring your own!

Enjoy the entire house. It's all yours! We're here for you as much or as little as you want. We will be available by text, email or phone, throughout your stay.
