PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The 2-storey Robinson House with 3 bedrooms is suitable for up to 8 people and is located in a quiet bay in the northwest of the island of Zut, very close to the entrance to the Kornati National Park. The house is located directly on the sea. There is running water and solar power (12V) is used to generate electricity. This is sufficient for the generation of light and for charging small electrical appliances such as mobile phones, laptops, etc. The refrigerator and the stove are gas-powered. One twin room is located on the ground floor, another twin room and a triple room are upstairs. Both rooms have access to the balcony. The bay in front of the house is one of the rare quiet bays in the Kornati archipelago, because there are no restaurants and the boats are anchored away from the houses. But the bay where the harbor, a shop and some restaurants are located is only a few minutes walk away.

If you do not have your own boat, you can rent a small boat of 4.5m length, 5hp outboard motor and sunshade directly from the landlord. The price is 35,- €/day plus fuel costs. A free parking for max. 3 cars ist available in Murter. The owner offers a transfer with his own boat from Murter to the house (about 30km distance) The price for this transfer is 150,-€ one-timepayment (round-trip).

On arrival, your hosts will welcome you with a welcome drink. The ideal time to get from Murter to the holiday home is around 11:00 in the morning. In Murter you can do all the necessary shopping beforehand. The return trip to Murter is on the day of departure at 8:00 in the morning. Guests are requested to arrive and depart on Saturdays.
