Spectacular Lotte Hotel
Just a spectacular property. There was a construction going close to the building and we were moved to top floor massive suite!

Light out in bedroom Pinging noise all day long from HVAC unit Hairdryer was weak and had only low power There was a light out in the bathroom The bathroom make up mirror is loose Electrical receptacles are old and connections are loose for the adapters to stay in

Hair dryer was non functioning. I asked for a new one and more tea and they didn’t care. I had to walk down to the front desk at 10pm to ask for a new hair dryer myself. The hotel is too big and they are too busy accommodating events and guests. With the same money, go to other hotels nearby. They don’t really care about you as a guest

Great location. Convenient access to Myeondong, Namdaemon, palaces, and Bookchon Hanok village and Insadong. The hotel is connected to the Lotte mall and duty free. Friendly and helpful staff. breakfast buffet was amazing. Room and facilities were clean. Willing to stay again.

We stayed at the Lotte Seoul Hotel for 5 nights and had an incredible experience. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Myeongdong shopping district, Seoul Plaza, Gyeonbokgung Palace, and Namsan Tower. All of the hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel has very nice and clean amenities. Our favorite part of the hotel was actually the shopping mall (arcade) down the escalator from the lobby where there was an entire food court with delicious vendors and a full-service supermarket! Overall, I would highly highly rate this hotel and recommend anyone coming to Seoul to stay here. Other options that we looked at were the Grand Hyatt (nice, but not as centrally located) and the Lotte City Hotel (also nice affordable option for business travel), but the Lotte Seoul Hotel was everything we hoped for an more from our holiday stay. ~ 09.18.24
