Good location

The property was great, located close to the airport, the breakfast was good, staff were friendly (especially Vishnu and Satish took care of my room and me well), and the interior decoration and spa are top-class.

Yes, it IS all its cracked up to be! The most beautiful hotel in Chennai, with helpful and friendly staff and incredible food from MANY different ethnicities (not just North Indian and South Indian, but also Italian, Chinese, American, and others). I travel to Chennai multiple times a year for work and this hotel has made my time away from home SO much easier. It took me a week just to explore all the beautiful nooks and crannies of the first few floors, and the serviced apartment was a wonderful place to live, with everything you may need to cook a meal in the full-sized kitchen, plus a washer/dryer, a gorgeous walk-in shower, a comfortable sitting room, plus a deep and relaxing tub. I cant say enough about this place... its an "experience" on its own!
