Overall, we had a great time, we had an ocean front suite, our one complaint was the sliding glass door to the balcony needs to be replaced terribly, other than that, the room and hotel accommodations were really good, would definitely stay here again!

The employees were excellent, knowledgeable and attentive. More attention to cleanliness can be paid and the mattresses were not comfortable for me. Despite the negatives I really enjoyed my stay. I will recommend to friends with the caveat that the facilities are a little outdated and beds are not as comfortable. The amenities are great!!

I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The room was spacious, and the amenities were great, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. However, I did notice that some areas could use improvement. The carpet in certain parts of the room wasn’t as clean as expected, and the bathroom could benefit from some maintenance. Despite these minor issues, my stay was still very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend the hotel

It isn’t often I find a place this clean. There’s always the stray hair or something. Not this time! Everyone was nice. Housecleaning came up to ask us if we wanted more towels our last night. The resort is a little older, has friendly staff and had everything you’d need without having to leave. The booking through Expedia said the suite slept 6. Unfortunately it had 2 beds and a couch. With 3 kids and 2 adults it really didn’t fit everyone. If the kids had been any larger we wouldn’t have fit. There is a disconnect some where. We didn’t realize until I went to try and pull out the couch and realized it does not pull out. We worked it out. I took the couch and I could make sure no one made it to the balcony without me knowing. Everyone else split the beds. Lesson learned…. check sleeping arrangements asap!
