Loved the view, beds were comfortable. The kitchen lacked basics for cooking with the oven. Dining options were extremely limited - just the grill in the bowling alley with very basic grill food like hot dogs and hamburgers. No restaurants in walking distance. The bathtub drain didn’t work, and it took an hour for the tub to drain. All the desk people and the store clerk were very friendly and welcoming.

Check in took quite long and the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. Checking in after 11pm really not the experience you look forward to. The room was clean and nice, we have a kitchenette which had everything you need. The gym closes at 11pm. The gym had great equipment to complete a good workout. Hand weights, universal system,and cardio machines. Unfortunately we were woken up early by construction right above our heads. The manager kindly apologized and asked them to stop although it has alrwady disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was delicious, the one thing is. They only accept credit card and the person who booked the rooms credit card must be present. We had a party of 7, 2 pwople from.our group trued to eat breakfast ahead of us and could not and eneded up going to ihop. They had cash and their own card to pay for breakfast and was not allowed. We didn't get to use rhe pool area but we did see it and it looked fun, hottub and pingpong, we also missed the bowlling offered. In the summer they have an outdoor small water park for the kids and lazy river, pool and hot tub. Just not the season for it. I would definitely return, this time I'd call ahead to make sure construction is complete.

The hotel was very nice, we enjoyed the indoor jacuzzis very much. The desk attendant upgraded our room to a beautiful full ocean view with a balcony, which was perfect for watching the sunset.

Hotel room smelled, all amenities were closes including the indoor pool. They did not inform anyone other wise i would have not booked this hotel. Hotel is out of date. At check in staff has rude. Pictures shown on their website look all luxurious cleaned modern hotel but in person its not the same.

We enjoy staying here. The bowling alley and arcade at the hotel is nice. The room is a little outdated but the pools, hot tubs, bowling alley, arcade, bar and coffee bar by far make up for it.

Older Hotel/Resort but kept up well and clean with good management. Front desk staff very responsive and attentive. Traveled with wife and 4-yr old and 2-yr old and like the pools for small children. Would suggest add an area for small children in the games room area where the bowling alley is or another area in the property with indoor game area for children 6-months to 8yrs old.

The staff were friendly, property was easy to access and had convenient parking right outside the lobby entrance. However, they had a lot of painting going on in the parking structure and other areas around the hotel. There was no communication beforehand that painting would be going on during our stay and the indoor pool and spa would be down. One of the reasons I had chosen this location was for the indoor pool given this trip was in December.

It's the Off Season stay
This hotel has a very old school classic 60's Vibe. I rewally liked the security to the building. They just went cashless, plan accordingly there. I wish that it was warmer so we could have spent more time onthe beach. But it was a very good stay. On the Downside, and I realise it is the off season, 1 staff member was a little rude when asking for the location of amenities. I walked in on an obvious gossip conversation,.. that was hysterical! Tolietries in room (Soap and Lotion were used. half empty) Would probably stay there again to get a full experience.
