The only good thing about our stay here was the loco gecko restaurant in the hotel. The Bartender Ennis and his crew made our days. Better days from breakfast to dinner. And of course the beach was fantastic Management cares nothing about the comfort and care of their guests

We had a fantastic dining experience at The Loko Geko. Ennis was so personable, could make you laugh, make you a great drink, and get your food. He made the trip awesome! Sophia and Mike added to the enjoyment! Go see them. This resort did not disappoint!

Stay far far away! We stayed here for our anniversary. I unfortunately did not look at the reviews before booking because the place was wonderful when we got married in 2002. The entire hotel was filthy and most of it needs desperately to be cleaned and renovated. There was so much mold in the shower I can’t even believe I showered there. We saw 2 dead cockroaches when we got there and should have moved rooms then. At 11pm we saw a giant (over an inch long) cockroach running across the floor. We got a new room long enough to make it through the night and ended up checking out 2 nights early and going somewhere else. The worst part is that when we complained to the staff they acted if this was normal and could care less

The room was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the waterpark and proximity to the beach is fantastic. The check in procedure was not easy. They tried to make us listen to a time share pitch to get room keys. If you haven't stayed here before it can be tricky to find parking for the correct tower. No restrooms were available around the waterpark. You have to go to the restaurant in tower 2 or go back to your room.

Had so much fun at this resort. Clean, so much to do, staff were polite and helpful, food was great at the restaurant on the second floor, kids and adults enjoyed the water park, amazing beach view and pools and hot tubs were well taken care of.

Very disappointed..won't be back!
Very ran down..heated pools were cold and underfilled.. staff very unfriendly. Whirlpool in room was broken and didn't drain well. Water was scaling and probably not up to code on temperature regulations..onsite restaurant messed up breakfast order andeft multiple items out and never answered call when tried to resolve...we won't be back.

We booked a suite for our wedding day to get ready in the staff was super friendly the water park options were great close access to the beach and a nice view the only thing that threw me off was there was another full sized bed in the living room area and the king bed was very uncomfortable, and the parking was kinda a hassle the parking garage is very small and tight but other them That it was great
