I would give it a 0 if I could! We arrived and the place was not as clean as it said it was. The toilets were loose from the floor, almost falling off. Lights in the kitchen were falling out of the ceiling. The back screen door will not lock. There were cobwebs and hornets nest all in the screened in back porch, pillows, and sheets in the middle room Smelled like dirty sweat. The floors were hardly Vacuumed There was clumps of hair all behind the doors in the bathroom and on the floor in the living room refrigerator made a terrible noise that was hard to sleep at night. We got stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes and the service from the girl on the phone call when you hit the call button was terrible. We have a son with autism and we told them that and they were rude and said that it would be another 25 minutes from the time we called to get out. We called the maintenance people they showed up once did not fix anything and then did a follow up. Call with no response back. It was terrible customer service. I would never stay at this property again or recommend it to anyone!

The condo is beautiful. Everything was clean and in great condition. Wonderful location. Just a short drive to the beach and Broadway at the Beach. The only issue was that the listing says that they have a twin over full bunk bed and a futon in the master. This was not the case. The other two bedrooms both has queen beds, the futon is in the living room and there was a twin rollaway bed that we really didn't have any room in the bedrooms to set up. There were no lineba for the futon or twin rollaway bed you but we did bring some of our own. The owner was very accommodating with our request. Great stay!

It was an amazing place to stay. The neighborhood is not accommodating for fun after 10p with sleep friendly hours 10-8a. Bring your own towels and washcloths not easy to access more. Other than that it was amazing and would stay again.

Very clean, and comfortable
The property was more than enough space, and very clean. We were close enough to the beach and other attractions but far enough away from the crowds which was nice for a family trip. We couldnt find any laundry detergent, or pot holders to get food out of the oven but other than that it was the perfect rental for our family!

My family loved this condo. We felt right at home! The end unit condo is very clean and the kitchen has everything that you need. The beds were so comfortable. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was 7 minutes to the fields. So nice. I already miss it! You will love it!!!!

The property look exactly like the pictures. The condo was clean and loved the bacony with the tv very relaxing to the watch golfer's play. I wanted to stay another day but couldn't because someone else booked the room. So I would bring my family back as soon as it's available again.

My family and I really enjoyed our experience here. The Property Manager was VERY helpful. I appreciate all she did to make our stay enjoyable. The place is beautiful and spacious. Nice and quiet and close to shops and restaurants.

Amazing Condo
The condo is a beautiful, clean, and well put together place. Everything was in minutes from the condo. The beach was 7 minutes away, all the attractions was within minutes from the condo. The condo has mutil pools, basketball court, volleyball court, and several bbq grills to use at any given moment. The condo owner is a real classy guy. Me and my family will be renting this condo again for sure.
