I really enjoyed this property. It was so nice and clean friendly environment. Wonderful staff. Great vacation for myself and grandchildren. The pools were great had many choices. I can't wait till Labor day weekend I'm going back. 10 star property.

Our villa was clean and stocked. There was plenty of parking and the area was relatively quiet and peaceful. The highway was accessible and there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment. It was very family friendly.

Our room was not ready when we arrived- we were a little early. Still room was not ready at check in time. Once we got in the room seemed great. Until we got back from dinner, we were unable to change the temperature on the ac unit. The family above us was extremely loud, running up and down the floor until late, they had a large dog that jumped on us if we saw it outside. There was also pet hair on the couch & spare blankets left in the room. Also found hair in a couple of the towels in the bathroom when I went to shower the next day oh and there was little to no water pressure in the shower. Overall would not recommend this place- room was extremely far away from the front desk was not worth saying anything until we left and all we got was next time call security….. you know if a guest has a dog or has kids you lr staff put is in that room.

I have stayed here many times thru RCI. The staff was friendly and professional It’s location is in proximity to numerous venues. Outside of the very noisy kids above us, it was an excellent experience!

Great location and the space of the 2 bedroom unit was great for our family of 4. Maintenence was quick to respond to items that should have been noticed well before our stay, but did only manage 2 of the 3 items we called about. Overall well worth the price we paid.

When we first arrived in the room, there were many flies that had to be killed. The dryer was broken but the maintenance department came over and fixed it. There was no mop in the room. They definitely need better music at the pool area because that 70's 80's soft music was putting me to sleep. It needs to be music to hype people up like Caribbean would be great. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Generally, it was good. I liked the shuttle service to the beach, pools, and water river. When we arrived it was clean. But then no one cleaned up our room during our stay for 7 days. We had to take out the trash by ourselves.

This trip was our 3rd time staying at this villa, we love it, although weve had a issue on two different visits, not a problem as t h ey addressed right away. The staff is friendly, great service. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palms. The 2 outdoor pools offer plenty of room and sitting options. The transportation to the near by ocean works well. The rooms are comfortable and clean. This is the second time we've stayed here and we plan to be back next year!
