We initially checked in and room had a moldy/mildew smell. We let the hotel know & housekeeping came to spray. That lasted about 10-15minutes & the moldy/mildew smell was back. The hotel then moved us to the north tower on the 4th floor and the room was AMAZING! Very clean smelled clean. We were enjoying until our final 2 days of our stay we were without HOT WATER! We told the front desk & initially we were told its because everyone is running water at the same time. Then we were told it was because the storm damaged the boiler but maintenance was working on it & they will call us back shortly. The call never came & we completed our last 2 DAYS with NO HOT WATER! Nothing was done for the inconvenience.
Not a horrible property but communication definitely lacks
