Of all the places I’ve ever stayed this is tops
They really outdo themselves as far as staying on top of the grounds making sure everybody is happy. They can’t do enough for you and when you walking, you feel how clean it is you don’t get that by the shore dirty feeling you get in most places it really is five stars, and I am a pain in you know and I am extremely picky and I travel constantly and I stay all over the United States and this by far is my favorite

The garbage cans were left overflowing daily. I asked for our room to be cleaned and the shower containers to be refilled and this was never done.

My bathroom was dirty when I checked in. The shower had black footprints a towel and human hair in it when we arrived. The fridge had brown liquid in it when I opened it. They would not give us a clean room. We had just checked in and took hours to come clean it up.

This place blew us away, the service was second to none. It all started with Patrick at the front desk, what a great representation of your hotel. I really can’t say enough about him, the staff , the breakfast, our whole experience was incredible.
