The suite that we reserved wasn't the suite that they gave us. The area looked nothing like the website. The suite was not very clean and the furniture was very outdated. The lights in the rooms didn't work, couch and bar stools were dirty. We checked out 15 min after checking in. The staff member that assisted us didn't ask why we were not staying and wasn't concerned about the issues which tells me that he already knew it wasn't right. My family and I were very disappointed with this resort and does not recommend it. We didn't enjoy our vacation weekend and ended up going back home the same night which took us 3 hrs to get back.

The resort property is very nice, clean and beautiful. We stayed in the Avian subdivision. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. We had a dedicated parking space. There was a small pool just for our subdivision! A board on the first landing going up the exterior stairs was broken, leaving a large hole that you had to step across to avoid falling through. Thankfully, there was another stairway on the other side that we were able to use to gain access to our condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and much larger than we expected! The living room furniture is straight from heaven! Seriously the most comfortable couches I've ever set on! Beds were all very comfy, except the king bed. It was quite stiff so my husband was more than happy to sleep on the comfy couch. Customer service was great! During our first full day, the microwave decided to stop working. I sent the owner a message and they had someone there to bring us a replacement within the day! The repairman was very nice and helpful. My only real complaint for our stay was the lack of cleanliness, mostly in the bathrooms.

Good location, just wish easier to rent golf carts, unable due to no plug in areas. Enough distance to beach that being able to have golf cart would have been nice. Beach club was very nice. Loved the convenient Starbucks! Had issue with TV and staff quickly assisted.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The suite was functional and comfortable. The TV in the living area did not work. We enjoyed our time at the pool, but it needed daily attention to the cleanliness of debris floating in the pool and hot tub. When visiting the beach access. I did trip over a place in the sidewalk. I fell and hurt my knee and back. It was reported to management. We noticed the next day the area had been marked off, alerting others of the potential danger. Our family enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The property was great. Overall condition of the facility was pretty clean & comfortable. The beach entrance is very close with lots of parking. The sand is very clean & not too crowded like in Myrtle Beach. My only complaint would be the pool opens & closes too early. Also, the kiddie pool was not in functioning order, which was a huge inconvenience! That was the reason this resort was booked in the first place.

When arrived was told are room was canceled. Said they called but didn’t. Gave us another room that wasn’t what we booked. “Cheaper Room” It was filthy. On last day they made us switch rooms. Was told we could stay in the room we had till new room was cleaned. At 11am we were told we had to leave. Didn’t get other room till 4pm. We have a 7 month old. Very unacceptable! Won’t stay there again.
