There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Standard 1 bedroom condo. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Lots of light. The coach was comfortable and so was the bed. Everything was in working order. Great price. We would stay here again.

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway!
Rented this wonderful condo just a few minutes away from my apartment for my mom to stay during Thanksgiving and was not disappointed! I do pest control for work and i know a clean and healthy condo when i see one, and this was it! The unit was well maintained, beautiful, in a fantastic area close to attractions for tourists and still not too close that it keeps you awake at night! Myrtle can be a tough area, but this condo is in a gorgeous and safe place! The owner was super friendly and clear in his communication, and left no questions for me to ask! 10 out of 10 would be an understatement! Will definitely look at renting from them again!

This condo is so beautiful! Nice furniture and the view from bay window was lovely overlooking the pool and golf course. The king size bed was so comfortable. I would like to purchase a mattress myself for home! The towels were nice and plush and the sheets nice and crisp. We would definitely stay again. Nice and clean.

Condo was very clean, and had all the necessary essentials to make our stay easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Location was great! Anything we needed - beach, grocery stores, airport, playground, restaurants, etc. were all within a short drive. A Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s condo. The location is great, conveniently located to many attractions. My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated. Derek’s communication was excellent.

Wonderful Vacation
My husband and I rented this lovely condo for our honeymoon. Neither one of us had ever been to Myrtle Beach before, and our stay was completely beyond all of our expectations. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. We spent almost every day in the pool on the property, and it was so easy to get to all of the attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We would definitely come back!
