Spring break
My family and I enjoyed our mini vacation together. The kids were on spring break. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a quite and welcoming visit. The house was very neat and well maintained. The kids and I was close enough to walk to the pool and beach. We had plenty of space for a family of four. The owners of the property were so very kind, easily accessible, and welcoming. I hope to book this location again in the future.

helpful! Accommodating and owners were easy to work to work with. We had originally planned on renting back in November, but a hurricane came through and cancelled our son's baseball tournament (reason for visit). Our daughter had a gymnastics meet in early December and the owner graciously allowed us to change our weekend stay at no extra cost. That was wonderful! The condo was fully stocked and ready for us. The grassy area/forest feel out the back sliding glass door was a pleasant surprise! We felt like we had the best of two worlds in one spot-mountain/foresty feel and the beach! Our family really enjoyed our time!! Thank you!!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property in June of 2022. It was an excellent property for our family. The listing was very accurate and the pictures showed exactly what was seen in person. We especially enjoyed the baskets of goodies in both bathrooms and kitchen. We used some of the items because they were things we didn’t think to bring with us. The property is slightly outdated but the owners have decorated it as nicely as they possibly can and everything was very clean. That is was matters most to me. We stayed at Kingston last year so we knew the area well. We enjoyed staying in West Hyde Park. It was very quiet and secluded. If you are bringing a family with little ones, it is a little too far to walk to the beach. But it’s no problem to load up and park on the parking garage between Brighton and Margate. Check in was very easy with the keypad on the door. If I had the option I would give the property a 4.5/5. That’s for a great experience!
