Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and we were upgraded to an ocean front villa which was gorgeous. It was great to be able to make most meals in while still being walking distance away from some other restaurants. Having the beach right downstairs was amazing! However the way we were treated in general did not leave us wanting to come back again. The first day at the pool we were told to leave and change because our swimsuits bottoms were too small. Upon talking to management there is a law in myrtle beach about swimsuit bottoms. We understand they have to uphold the laws but it was not phrased that way to us initially and we felt very judged about our bodies. In addition, other pool rules were not strictly upheld. We saw people smoking cigarettes on the pool deck and outside drinks which were actually listed as rules for the pool deck. We went to the sports bar for a late lunch one day and sat down and waited for about 10 minutes without the servers coming up to us who had definitely seen us come in as we had asked for menus. We finally asked if we needed to order at the bar and they said they were open yet and we needed to order at the convenience store for food. After we returned 10 minutes later with our food to sit outside there were other people getting served in the restaurant. Overall our negative social interactions at this hotel left us feeling very unwelcome. We will not be returning.

The property was very esthetically pleasing. Nice and clean. Great location. Centrally located in close proximity to all things Myrtle Beach. Nice beach with a nice view from our room. We really enjoyed the amenities of a regular size refrigerator, cooking stove, microwave, cookware and utensils, and lastly the ability to wash our clothes prior to heading back home. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

TV and phone weren’t working. Bad connection all around. It was 10:01 am and someone was already knocking on my door to get me out. Expensive place to not have a minute to do a final walkthrough to ensure you got everything.
