The staff were very friendly, customer service was great, and breakfast was good. Although, the Room was not clean and mold growing in areas around the bathroom.

The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and helpful. when I got to the room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in there , so I contacted the front desk to make sure I wasn't charged because of it. The guy at the front desk said not to worry about and offered me another room. Since All my things were already in the room he offered to help me move to another room.

Our room was dirty, refrigerator, microwave was dirty. The sheets had stains and the door to our room wouldn't close all the way so we felt unsafe and insects would come in. The TV was not functioning properly and the staff took breakfast up too early and were not friendly at all. The tub and sink were clogged as well. So I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. Very disappointed.

We were in two rooms. A/C did not work in the first room. We moved. Second room the sink did not drain. Too tired to mess with. Next morning maintenance person could not clear with plunger. We looked at a third room, A/C did not work. We were moved to a fourth room. Dora was awesome for getting us into a fourth and final room. Trash over much of the property. A few roof shingles are missing. Furniture outdated, worn and stained. Cigarette butts everywhere! puddles left from rain in walkway.

Dora did a fabulous job of relocating us to our fourth and final room where everything worked. Either the A/C did not work or the sink did not drain. A member of the maintenance team used a plunger unsuccessfully. Why this location has so much problem with their A/C units is sad. It is already warm to hot weather. I imagine they will lose a lot of guest as the weather heats up and the humidity rise unless they do something about the A/C.

No soap. Found cleaning woman and was told there was'nt any. No shampoo: Same story. Asked for fresh towel 2nd day......was told "no." Area surrounding pool: cigarette butts, bottle tops, can pull tabs........ Thick layer filth top of bathroom sink lights....

Great for the price.
Roomy, clean, friendly staff. Could use dish soap, kitchen towel/ wash cloth, plastic utensils, bedding for sofa. Could use paint touch up and new sofa.

Won't stay here again.
Older facility. Wifi was terrible. TV had basic channels and hard to figure out - no printed menu guide. Casting option didn't work. Breakfast had no gluten free options or fruit - only wheat items. Nothing hot except waffles. Beer bottles laying around the property. Have to request towels or room service each day. Keys didn't work - each day had to get it reprogrammed. Raccoon climbing stairs to second floor. The bed was comfortable and the hot water worked well. Wouldn't stay here again.

There was exposed wires on light switch and on the hair dryer. Rusty iron board, door didn’t unlock and open on first attempt, light in bathroom was so close to shower curtain you would hit it, and the light shade was loose. Air conditioner also had broken plastic components.

There was no place to hang your clothes in neither room. Coffee pot in room you had to steep the coffee like you would tea. I killed a bug in my room. Mattress was like the kind you pull out of a sofa. Pillows tiny but comfortable. No ice machine that worked on ground floor

Last minute booking
There was a used bandaid in the shower. So the room hadn’t been properly serviced between stays. The phone in the room rang very early. I’m assuming it was a wake up call but we haunt requested one. The cleaning staff gets started early okay but all the shouting and loud voices on a Sunday morning was quite annoying. Then they knocked on our door why? So it was not a very relaxing environment.
