Rooms were very nice and clean. Property is in a good location and safe to walk around at night. Plenty of stuff nearby. Property pools, especially kiddie pools/slides are awesome. Beach is kept clean with plenty umbrellas chairs. Overall very nice resort and totally would stay here again.

If you’re staying here it’s because you have kids and for that it’s a 5. It’s oceanfront, has tons of amenities for kids a Starbucks and bar.

Overall it was a great experience and really wish we could stay longer. What I didn’t like was we had to park in the parking garage across the street. We parked on the 5th floor. After we checked it which took awhile because there was a long line, we got the trolly to bring all the way to the garage across the street to get our belongings and go back across the street with it. A trolley filled with luggage, that didn’t work properly, going up and down hills, and across the street was a struggle. Once in our room I noticed the bathroom light flickered on and off. Called the front desk and they got someone to fix it immediately. We stayed on the 5 floor in the tower with ocean front view and had the full kitchen, I made pretty much all of our meals in the room. The grocery store definitely was stacked with a few basic groceries. The pools were great and loved the beach. They needed to be more specific where their Java Cafe which has a Starbucks was located. All the signs kept saying it was on the 5th floor. It is on the 5th floor but in the building across from checkout. We stayed 2 nights but hopefully next time we can stay longer. Oh, be careful with the elevator. One of the elevators did get stuck with someone in it.

I specifically made a booking highlighting I was traveling with my family. In the reservation and after the booking I contacted the hotel and Expedia to confirm I needed 2 cribs. I was confirmed by the rep at the hotel I would be provided 2 pack and plays as they don’t have actual cribs. When I arrived at hotel I was informed that I could only have one because it wouldn’t fit. I was advised to check the space and then see if it would and call in for another one. I did so and was told it would like a couple hours to get another one set up. After waiting several hours I called again and was told we would not get another one due to hotel policies. I was not given other options or solutions. I had to risk my child falling from the bed instead of being given options or advice. I spoke to a so called manager who answered at the front desk and brushed off my concern.

It was a really good experience. The workers are extremely nice and respectful. The water park was really nice and the access to the beach was nice . I will definitely rebook and I will also recommend to other people . The only thing I will say was that the room service to clean or give us clean towels never came we had to go get them downstairs and we were on the 7th floor but i guess they were low on staffing and they were doing their best . Breakfast is also not included but they do have a cafe area if you don’t want to go far but in general they do have a variety of restaurants near by ,
