Second time staying at this hotel, first time with my dog. Everything was really great. The whole staff from the front desk staff to the housekeeper and even the sweet woman who restocks the breakfast area were all super friendly, helpful and courteous. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We were not made aware that this particular hotel was a minimalist type of stay. In 4 days stay, no room cleaning, no trash pickup, no linen / towels. This was finally explained at the end of the stay. They said at the desk we should known from the website. We will not be returning.

I had a conjoining room and I was able to hear VERY CLEARLY everything the people next store was saying and doing. They had young children who cried and very early in the morning and woke both my daughter and I up. I was not happy.

The location and parking lot very convenient. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and polite. My room was clean and spacious very simple but comfortable. The pool was very clean and warm. Unfortunately I had a very loud neighbor☹️ walls are very thin you can hear everything very clearly even from outside.

Great location at an affordable rate. POOL so clean and heated it’s a plus. Room however, quite small compared to other hotels of the same franchise. Cleanness felt in the poor side. Our rm had this funky smell at the entrance and bathroom area. Didn’t realize that the guest with pets were so many. ( super allergic child w us). But then again, I guess that the atmosphere changes with the staff being so attentive and friendly. Highly recommended if not expecting a 5* resort feeling. Just an idea maybe next time I should request a rm with the least pet traffic..idk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to many attractions, some even in walking distance. The only issue was that many people didnt clean up after their dogs in the dogwalking area even though the hotel provides bags to do so.
