- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 external security devices outside the barn, above the door, and on the sides of the home. The barn camera includes a motion light and the cameras are motion-activated. They are outward-facing and do not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: Please be aware there will be 5 rescue dogs on-site at the main house
- NOTE: Stairs are required for access to the property which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- NOTE: The property does not have air conditioning


Hawaii County Restrictions:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
- The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes
