We are taking some Good and Bad experience. Bad experiences: 1. No air-conditioning at the dining area and at the Lobby. We suffered a lot with a baby at the dining. 2. Room cleaningness was another issue. Floor was dirty, we told them to clean couple of times, but unfortunately didn't improve much. All the furnitures and lights were dusty. 3. They never cleaned the balcony. The balcony roof was leaking water whilst raining. The rain water damaged my personal items included my MacBook. Good experience: 1. Very friendly staff. 2. Clean and organised outdoor vicinities. 3. Easy access to buggy ride. 4. Decent swimming pool.

Its close to port denaru shopping centre. if you prefer to walk, there is a wide shared path, mostly covered by shady huges trees upto the port shopping centre. If not, there are Bula buses running very often for a day ticket. On the other side, water pressure in the shower is lower than normal. I was in the first floor

The Sheraton has great facilities, rooms were super comfy and clean, beds were fantastic - proper king bed (not too singles pushed together like other hotels nearby). Staff were lovely but service is very very slow and orders are sometimes missed or forgotten. Other than that the place is fantastic. Staff probably just need to be paid more and trained better by the company, so we took the service as Fiji time and often ordered a double round to save the long waits.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The weather was a bit disappointing. There was a lot of maintenance going on which was quite noisy. Also a lot of families with small children. The sea was lovely to swim in by the resort

The staff are lovely, as is their amazing singing! The swim up Bar is fun. Fire dancing and torch lighting is great to see. The Bar and Grill (Tataku?) had amazing food. Recommend the Eye Fillet and Octopus for Mains. Also, they do a tasty Passionfruit Collins! You can watch the Sunset facing west from the pool bar. This resort is much calmer and not for the roudy types. If you like that type of resort with mass activities (think Bali big groups) try the Hilton which is also on Denarau. 4th stay here and always lovely.

Stayed here for a portion of my honeymoon, and aside from the beautiful pools and incredible food what impressed me the most was how friendly the staff were. One of the best holidays I have ever had and I will certainly be returning.

We stayed 4 nights at the Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and enjoyed our experience there. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was well serviced, clean and fresh. The kids loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet.

Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort boasts an unbeatable location near the marina and other tourist attractions, making it a perfect base for island hopping and other tours. The main pool is exceptional, definitely a standout feature, while the dining options, though good, don't quite reach extraordinary levels for the cost of dining. Island 619 boasts a broad buffet menu catering for all cultures and tastes whilst Tatavu has a more refined menu. What really sets this resort apart is the staff—their warmth and attentiveness truly elevate the entire holiday experience. We did encounter an issue in our room early one morning, but the hotel management addressed it promptly and relocated us without any hassle or issues. They also ensured that we were relocated wuickly and smoothly with minimal disruption to our stay. The evening fire shows are spectacular, especially against the beautiful dusk sky. This is an advantage for the Sheraton as other hotels only have a fire show 1-2 per week. Our kids (ages 6 and 9) had an amazing time, but we’d likely only return if we planned more island excursions, as the location is ideal for that. 28g also have an amazing barista (Sangeeta) who makes a wonderful concoction of different flavours in coffees and teas (the coffeee and tea tasting each day was an experience!). We also participated in many of the events on offer - water aerobics, hair braiding, book mark making, coffee and tea tasting, fire show - there are lots on!
