Property was ok but room was very tiny. AIRCON/HEAT IS CENTRALLY CONTROLLED BY THE HOTEL AND CAN ONLY BE SET TO EITHER AIRCON OR HEAT - NO GUEST CHOICE BY INDIVIDUAL ROOM. Even though the room was VERY hot, the hotel had selected the system for heat only, no aircon possible, and no fan. We were told to “open the window” which was not designed to be opened more than a few inches. The room was stifling. On top of that, it was then difficult to sleep due to all of the train station and late-night revelers’ noise. This was completely unacceptable and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they expect to be able to have control of the temperature in their room.

Great hotel with the Japanese huge bath
Good location, very clean and reasonable price. The room was small for two beds but that’s the standard in Japan so I should not complain. Great big bath in the hotel—that’s the main reason I chose this hotel. It lived up to my expectation. Good breakfast buffet.

Very welcoming and helpful check-in staff. I had a walking tour package sent to this hotel by the tour company and upon check-in, the staff promptly brought me the package so I didn't even have to ask around. The hotel staff also helped me look up the cutoff time on sending my big luggage to the next location which could be done in the morning before my departure instead of the afternoon before.

Nice hotel for my autumn leaves trip
The place is very near nagoya JR station, 7 mins walk. I join some day tour and the day tour meeting place was 5 mins walking distance from hotel. I love the spa with outdoor pool as well that helps me relaxing after one day tour, the hotel personnels were very helpful. One thing should be improved was the coffee at the room, some APA hotel has drip coffee pack instead of instant office in ghis APA hotel.
