Great location, though the hotel name does not match the one listed in Google Maps, so got redirected to the other APA Ekimae in the North Station Exit. Still near enough, but could cause trouble for those with communication problems.

7月前半、猛暑と梅雨の予測から 駅からなるべく近いホテルをさがして こちらにしましたが、体感的には駅から遠いです。 アパ会員になれば、1000円サービスになり チェックアウト時間を延長できる手続きを しましたが、チェックアウト時に止められ、 再度確認させられました。 スタッフさんは皆、親戚ですが、 スタッフ育成と、引き継ぎなどができておらず 少しイラッとしました。 真夏ということもあり お客さんも普段よりイライラしたり 疲れてたりしますので 真夏や真冬は もっと駅近のホテルがよいと 自分が行って感じました。

対応が良き(^o^)
まぁ中心地なので駐車場は皆無と思ってましたのでしかたありませんが、駐車場が分かりませんと電話でお話したところ玄関まで地図を持ってきて頂きました。配慮が良きでした(^o^)👌 地図にはのってませんが少し離れたら安い駐車場がありますよと。これまた良きです。 アパの社員さんでハズレの方はまだ出会したことがありません🤗 とても良きですd(˙꒳​˙* ) またお世話になりますね～。
