The Atlantic Oasis is one of three apartments at the Nags Head Landing cottage. It is centrally located in the heart of Nags Head. This newly renovated 600 SQFT apartment is located just steps from the beach. The unit has everything you need. The Old Nags Head style covered-porch faces south and has views of the beach access. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a queen size bed. The newly renovated bathroom has a full size tub shower and a 31" vanity. The living area has an open floor plan with a full size kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a couch, coffee table and flat screen TV. The covered front porch is located just off the living room. It is a great place to take in the salt air and relax. The apartment is a quick 1 minute walk to the beach. The Albatross Street Beach access is located only 300' (less than a football field!) away. The apartment is within walking/biking distance to many well renowned sites on the Outer Banks, including, Jockey's Ridge State Park (via signaled Hollowell St crosswalk), the new (2017) Town of Nags Head Dowdy Park, The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Tortugas Lie Restaurant and many other attractions. The apartment is also within Biking distance to the YMCA via the Town of Nags Head's new Multi-use path.

We came to OBX for my husband’s birthday for a long weekend. The unit we booked ended up not being available, however they had another unit available. It was advertised as a queen bed when in fact it’s a double/full size bed. Also we couldn’t get the tv to work we changed the batteries in the remote to no avail. While we were out we purchased more batteries. We left the extra batteries so others wouldn’t be without. I reached out to the owner before check in & after check in. Prior to check in it took him several days to respond. After check in he NEVER responded to my messages.

Wonderful location, very close to the beach and many close by adventures. Would have been nice to spend time on the front porch and enjoy the great weather if our next door neighbors had not been smoking. The bathtub needs attention as it drains very slowly. Panel under the kitchen sink is not secured well. Floors need to be washed clean, and not just swept or vacuumed.

Enjoyed our four night stay at this cute and comfy condo. So glad we had the end unit. Great weather allowed us to eat breakfast every morning on the deck. So close to the beach and convenient location to shops and restaurants. We would definitely book this property again.

We came to Nags Head when we got married 38 years ago and we wanted to experience some of the things we did then. This cottage was very cozy and clean and close to the beach and restaurants unfortunately the weather was not good for the beach but we found other things to do. We only stayed 3 nights and if we had stayed a week or longer would have wanted a place with a washer and dryer. The kitchen stove needs to be updated. It was cozy for 2 people. This space was perfect for two. It's roomu with adorable decor, and was super clean on arrival. The location at MP 10 is ideal to getting anywhere you want in no time. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Great porch for sitting and reading. Just loved it.

Beach Getaway
The property is well maintained and perfect if you are looking for a local "hub" near the beach. There is beach access directly down the street so we could easily walk over each morning and watch the sunrise, enjoy walks outdoors to get to and from location to location, and it is rather central to most anywhere that you would want to go in the Nags Head/KDH area. I would highly recommend.
