ゆいレールからホテルまでの道のりで迷子になってしまいましたが、無事に到着できた時、スタッフの方からの温かい労いに感謝いっぱいでした。初めての宿泊で、チェックインのやり方にもたついてしまいましたが優しくフォローしていただきました。 お風呂とサウナがあるところを探しており、ゆっくりすることができて大満足です。 内装も綺麗で、大きな荷物も鍵付きロッカーに入れることができ、とても満足しています。室内着も貸していただき快適に過ごすことができました。またぜひ利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの客に対する親切丁寧細かな気配りが良くない。 初めて利用する客は、スタッフに何やかんやと聞くことになると思います。 しかしながら、客をみて対応の仕方を変えてることもあると思います。 ホテル周辺は、交通の便もよくショッピング通りもあり公設市場・国際通りも近いのでスタッフの対応を気にしない一人旅向けには良いかもしれない。
