The greater South Jeolla region is definitely worth spending some time in as well. View South Jeolla's beaches, coastal plains, rivers and mountains. Or, visit a selection of the area's castles, traditional villages and old towns. Visitors in this fabulous part of South Korea commonly enjoy mountain climbing, hiking and picnicking.

If you'd like to explore some close by cities, check out Sanho-ri and Yongang-ri. Head 30 kilometres to the west from Naksan and you'll locate Sanho-ri. That said, Yongang-ri is 35 kilometres to the west. Hotels in Sanho-ri are the Hotel New Evergreen and Fontana Beach Hotel. Yongang-ri choices are the Sunshine Motel and Venezia Hotel.

Aussies are world famous for their love of sport, so why not visit Guus Hiddink Stadium? Guus Hiddink Stadium can be found to the north of Naksan. Hit the hay right near the action at the Holiday Inn Gwangju or the Ramada Plaza Gwangju.
