We had a lovely stay here. The room and hotel was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful including eggs and bacon and or sausages, which is a nice change from your average, just cereal and muffins ect..the breakfast room was large, clean and very efficiently run. Loved it here!

This is a good property, staff really friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean. It is located on the outskirts of Nanaimo but is near all of the retail parks so plenty accessible. The only thing you could really call out about this is that the decor is a bit dated but this shouldn’t put you off. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with two doubles and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is probably getting to a point where it could do with replacing as springs starting to go but this might just be the one in the room we stayed in and far from really being an issue.

I can’t remember her name but I saw her nametag and said manager, great sense of hospitality, she gave great advice to visit in the area and was honest about some spots that are overrated. I always appreciate a sincere recommendation!
