The motel was great, but we had paid for our room thru Expedia earlier in the day. The motel hadn't received our reservation and we had to wait in the lobby while they tried to contact the correct person at Expedia even though I showed proof of our payment. They finally gave us a room and later received confirmation of our reservation at 1:30 am, several hours after our arrival.
