Courtyard Hotel - Nanaimo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Courtyard Hotel in Nanaimo, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located near the waterfront, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The on-site bistro offered a great selection of breakfast options, and the quality of the food was excellent.

Overall this is a really solid new hotel with nice design and a great location. The room was beautiful and comfortable but more attention to detail in regards to cleaning is needed. There was a used, hair-covered bar of soap in the shower and a gross encrusted stain on the ottoman. We also received a parking ticket despite paying the hotel for parking. They did take care of it but it shouldn’t have happened. As well, our request for a late check out by 30 minutes was denied. 11am is quite early when check in is not until 4 pm.
