Overall the place is amazing and I would definitely book a family suite with them again. However, the cleaning staff was subpar. The first day, no garbages were cleaned and replaced, dishes were not done in the kitchenette and the water glasses were not replaced in either the bathroom nor kitchen near the ice bucket. Even after mentioning this to the amazing front desk staff, the next day, dishes left in the sink were still not done and coffee pods had not been replinished. I ended up having to do dishes on vacation - I wasn't impressed with this. Also, the continental breakfast cannot pass off folded eggs as omelets. Add a little cheese at least if you are going to call it an omelet. Also, leave some cooking spray next to the waffle iron so people's waffles don't stick so bad that you cannot even remove them. The views, hot tub and front desk staff were incredible! I would highly recommend this hotel.

We liked the view of the lake and appreciated staff allowing us to have an early check-in. The sauna was also very nice and the hot tub/sauna space had windows facing the lake so very nice and relaxing. Continental breakfast was also a bonus.
