Located on the second floor of a Majorelle-style townhouse, come and enjoy Nancy and its amenities in comfort and serenity. Rue Poincaré is a popular street for locals, with its beautiful apartments and close proximity to the train station and freeway. A total of three apartments are available for rent in the house, sleeping a maximum of 12 and bookable together directly on the Rock in Share website.


This large apartment with bath and terrace is ideal for families and groups of friends.

Beds are made up on arrival. For your comfort, Rock in Share provides hotel-quality linen.

The first physical entry to the premises is from 4pm and departure must be by 11am maximum on the day of your departure.

beautiful appartment with a lovely terrace overlooking the roofes of Nancy. Perfectly cool place to end a hot day. And so close to the centre of town that no time is wasted.

Die Umgebung von Nancy ist schön. Empfehlenswert ist Metz, Toul und Liverdun. In Liverdun werden die berühmten Madeleine Biskuit hergestellt. Gleich beim Bahnhof kann man die Köstlichkeit kaufen. Metz ist wunderschön absolut empfehlenswert. Leider war die Ferienwohnung nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Internet und TV funktionierte Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht. Die Agentur (Rock and share )konnte das Problem nicht lösen obwohl wir zwölf Tage da waren und das Problem von Anfang an gemeldet hatten. Die Wohnung war nicht so sauber wie wir erwartet hatten. Die Terrasse war so verschmutzt dass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten. Die Terrasse war der Grund für die Buchung.
