Amazingly to my surprise to find the 5-star hotel. It is centrally located in the centre of city, very close to subway metro station,  shopping malls & restaraunts. The reception staff Mr Cheng & house-keeper Ms Lu on Level 5 were very attentive, professional & friendly to help me to check in & settle down. I stayed in a room with the city view but quiet at night. The room was very clean , bed & pillows were super comfortable. There are a fitness centre & a swimming pool in the hotel which seem to be under renovation.

Comfortable stay in Central Hotel. Near Deji Plaza and Xinjiekou station. Nice meals in the basement of Deji Plaza and from the station can access various shopping malls via the different exits.

What a great find in Nanjing. Central hotel deserves all the stars they can get. The location was central, next to subway and lots of restaurants around. There's also a big network of food court in the basement of the hotel, connecting all major hotels and shopping mall. The room was very clean and so comfortable. Thanks to executive housekeeper Kemin Zhang and her team. Front desk team was also super helpful. I don't speak much Chinese but they sure went above and beyond to help me get around. We love this hotel. Foreigner friendly, especially Charles Hao, the General Manager. He is very attentive, helpful, gave us a lot of good advice on your trips and it’s memorable. Hotel staffs are very accommodating, always smiling and eager to please. We r very happy throughout our trip. Breakfast spread is excellent! Room is very clean esp the toilet. Enjoyed our stay! Will choose this hotel again. Location is very good, you can get anything from Deji Plaza. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

The hotel locates in the center of the city. There are a lots of shopping options around, and the hotel is very close to the metro station. The breakfast is super good, many options to both chinese and eastern styles. My kid likes it very much.

We stayed here years ago and this place was pretty average. So this year (2024) we were not expecting much but were surprised at how it has changed and really increased its level. Everything was so dramatically better. Everything in the room was newer and clean. The bathroom fixtures were newer and spotless. And with it being an unusual 105 degrees outside every day, the AC had no trouble keeping up with it. Even with construction going on outside, our room was completely quiet. It was like a completely different new hotel. The staff was professional and polite and if we had any issue it was addressed quickly. The location is convenient and only a few minutes walk to the subway at Xinjiekou. Lots of restaurants and shopping available close by too. The breakfast buffet was also a treat and provided many options. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it. At this price it is quite a bargain.

Got free upgrade to family room, since we stayed there for 9days. Awesome service! Free parking! The hotel is located at downtown Nanjing, which is one of the oldest hotel in the city. Although interior is outdated, but it’s very clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient also. 酒店靠德基广场很近位置好，总台小陈安排房间干净卫生，楼层王主管孙管家服务热情满意

The location is convenient. Just a few mins walk to the metro station. The staff is excellent. Although the hotel looks dated from the outside, the interior is well maintained and clean. Nothing that we did not like.

The pool was under maintenance and not available. Maybe the management should list that information earlier so that I can book a hotel with a functioning swimming pool. The beds are twin-size beds. The rooms are in two rows, one facing the main streets, and the other facing inside. Obviously the inside ones are quieter. I hope this information helps people who will book them in the future.
