Welcome to the Residences at Fairwinds Landing, overlooking the marina and the Strait of Georgia in Nanoose Bay. Once known as Schooner Cove Hotel, this building has been reimagined to offer contemporary, condo-style, short-term vacation rentals. This oceanfront suite offers modern sophistication with a bright open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary furniture, hotel-inspired linens, and a large private deck. An ideal getaway place for family and friends or romantic retreats!

Suite 208 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, condo-style suite that features an open concept layout with contemporary furnishings and décor. This suite has a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a large, private waterfront deck overlooking the sailboats moored at the Fairwinds Marina. The private deck boasts a spacious area, furnished with modern outdoor furniture and a cozy gas fire bowl.

The master bedroom is located off the living room, fitted with a king-size bed and an ensuite with heated floors and an enclosed glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, adjacent to the three-piece bathroom and in-suite washer/dryer. Each bedroom features an organic cotton mattress and hotel-inspired linens. Both bathrooms have complimentary eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash and have a hairdryer and white cotton towels for guests to use. The kitchen eating area is located at the kitchen island with four stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard-sized appliances, microwave, toaster, a Keurig coffee machine, cookware, utensils, plates, and glassware to ensure guests feel at home during their stay.

There is a marina on-site if you wish to launch your own boats or kayaks - please contact the marina directly for launch fees and information.

The Fairwinds community is surrounded by woodlands parks and beach areas. Brickyard Community Beach is the closest beach for swimming and recreation. Moorecroft Park is another nearby park for walking and enjoying nature. These locations are best accessed by vehicle or bike.

If the FOB is missing on checkout there is a $100 replacement fee.
