Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Staff interaction was minimal but not required. Place was clean and had essentials. The 3 doors at the entrance of the room were annoying but otherwise no complaints. Walkable to the station and great shopping.

Beautifully designed hotel with modern sophisticated rooms. Rooms are typically smaller than your average hotel room but that's expected in Japan. Staff were warm and extremely helpful. They also provided complimentary breakfast snacks in the morning and were happy to store our luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out. The area is quiet but still with a few great restaurants around and only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street.

"Out of all the hotels we stayed at for our Japan trip, This hotel was the cleanest and most friendly for our kids. They even put up guardrails on the bed for our kids and offered kids bags upon arrival which had some slippers in them. We enjoyed the public spa. We really liked that there was a bus ..."
