forgot to mention when I booked, that I required a walk-in shower as my wife has had hip replacements. Coped ok by my helping her in and out of spa bath, to have a shower. My Bad.

A well presented motel in the harbour area of Napier. Cafes and restaurants nearby and views across the port/harbour. The ground floor unit was spacious and very clean. A bonus was the free guest laundry. A short drive to shopping and city centre. Would stay again.

Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, nice view and coolest spot in the heat! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom (though a towel-rail would have been handy), staff friendly and helpful, motel handy to beach and Ahuriri shops, etc. Would definitely recommend, hope to stay again!

The stay would have been excellent if not for the lack of AC. 30 and no AC is not a good stay. They did provide a fan but at this location AC is a must.

Cooperative for a late check in. Travelling from writing with child after work, means for a late arrival. I've stayed with this hotelier the times now and I highly recommend them. Easy, basic and the best location in all of Napier. You can literally step out of your door and wailk straight into the grass and to the beach. Just fabulous.

great room, nice and spacious with view of the sea. base of the tap in the bathroom leaked, but everything else was okay. Full kitchen, large fridge in our room. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay there again. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes & shops.
