Open concept living room and kitchen area with 65” smart tv, convertible full size sleeper sofa, countertop dishwasher, electric stove, air fryer, and full size refrigerator. First floor master bedroom with New Queen size bed. Second floor finished loft with 3 twin beds. Whole house air conditioning and heat, with propane fire place for additional heating or ambience. Located in the heart of the lakes region of Maine. Easy access to an abundance of amenities including exceptional dining, scenic tours, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, jet skiing, golfing, hiking, and biking. There is even a drive in theater. Everything and anything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation getaway. Canoe and kayaks are available for use upon request. Cozy and Accomodating
My family of 5 stayed for a wedding, and we could not have found a more comfortable and convenient location. We felt very taken care of, the space was perfect and very clean and modern inside, with a great Maine campsite feel outside. Minutes from a ton of ameneties in Naples, Raymond, Casco, and Windham, we will definitely be staying here again!

Enjoyed our stay at this very well maintained cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. A picturesque spot by the river. Lots of nice little extras left for us to use. Great commutation from owners. Would highly recommend if needing a place to stay in Naples Maine ❤️

Our stay was amazing. The amenities are off the chart, I say that with many Verbo rentals under my belt. The property is is beautifully maintained and perfect for teenagers and puppies alike❤️. The river front,the upper and lower decks were perfect for morning coffee and quiet reflective time. I wish I had booked more days❤️
