Property in a very bad area, room was infested with ants. I did not see the call ahead i booked just before getting on my plane to naples and showed up noone wouldnawnser their phones finally the owner walked by and saw us and let us in all blocks surrounding this place is very dangerous at night

The guesthouse was conveniently located near Napoli Centrale train station, which was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Easy access to the metro to get to the historical part of town as well as the port. However, the surrounding neighborhoods of the guesthouse weren’t as clean as the historical part of town and because it’s near the train station, it could get quite noisy, so that was a bit of a bummer. The guesthouse itself was clean and comfortable. Wish the WiFi worked in the room though; the signal was only strong in the common area. We’d recommend this place if you’re on a budget.

Not a Pleasant Stay...
The property is an apartment that has been converted into 4 rooms and a communal kitchen. It is located close to the train station, but the area feels quite unsafe. The owner is not on site and is slow to respond to communication. This caused us problems. When we arrived at the building we were unable to get in. When someone left the building we were able to get inside and sit in the shade. Eventually the owner replied to our message but then we had to wait for 50min for his colleague to arrive. The owner claimed to have tried to contact us but we had no emails/missed calls. On the second day we had no hot water. We messaged the owner at 8.08. At 9.28 he replied, by which time we had left. We did not even receive an apology. The discription is not correct - there is no concierge and our room did not have a bathtub as described. Decor was fresh, bed OK & nice toiletteries. There was free water and a kettle in the communal kitchen. Breakfast at a restaurant nearby was one pastry (croissant or brioche) with a coffee. Normally there is no luggage storage, but the owner allowed us to leave our bags until 1.30, before the next check in. We travel a lot and this is the worst experience we have had. I would not recommend a stay here

Property clean and well appointed. Excellent A/C, super comfy mattress and comforter. Very convenient as Train and Metro Stations are within steps, which includes Airport Shuttle bus as well. The only drawback is the coffee shop they use to serve breakfast...it was not good at all.

Pour commencer, attention, ce n'est pas un hotel mais un bed & breakfast. Le logement est un appartement reconverti en 4 chambres + un partie commune situé au 5eme étage d'un immeuble. L'ensemble est très propre et bien équipé. La literie est confortable et la chambre climatisée. Un bouteille d'eau nous a été ouverte tous les jours, ce qui a été fortement apprécié. Par contre malheureusement, en ce qui concerne la chambre pouvant héberger 4 personnes, une ancienne porte donnant sur les couloirs de l'immeuble a été condamnée mais est très mal insonorisée de ce fait, la chambre est parfois bruyante. La douche est aussi problématique, la pression d'eau état ridicule et l'eau chaude difficile a avoir (ce qui ne m'a pas dérangé vu la canicule). L’hébergement est situé prés de la gare, ce qui est un atout en ce qui concerne les navettes aéroport et les transports vers Pompéi, vesuve, etc... mais qui est aussi un gros inconvénient car le quartier pullule de marginaux, sdf, junkies, etc.. Pas très rassurant. Enfin, la communication avec le propriétaire est un cauchemar. Nous avons du le harceler au téléphone avant qu'il réponde pour valider notre arrivée, au point que nous avons failli demander à Hotels.com un relogement. Dommage car il est très sympathique en vrai.

Note positive: la zona é comodissima essendo di fianco alla stazione, é ottima per spostarsi con metro e treni. La colazione é servita a pochi metri in un piccolo bar "STE" gentilissimi e tutto buonissimo. Noi avevamo la stanza adiacente alla cucina e sentivamo un po' di rumore. Al 5 piano con ascensore. Note negative:Le lenzuola e le asciugamani non sono affatto di qualità. Gli asciugamani erano molli e gialle. Il bagnoschiuma non di qualità. Dalla doccia usciva odore di fogna. Stanza piccola per 4. Poco spazio per abiti e valige.

Bon séjour mais l’accueil est compliqué surtout si on arrive un peu tard Quartier moyen, difficile de trouver la porte de l’immeuble pas d’accueil sur place il faut appeler et quelqu’un vient au bout de 10/15 min accueil assez froid uniquement en italien Petit déjeuner (café croissant) à prendre dans un bar à 100m Ensuite ça va … même si le quartier est un peu glauque !

Nous avons aimé la propreté et le style moderne ainsi que la vue de la chambre . Ce qui était unique et très sympa, c est l’accueil , une personne souriante et l accueillante en ayant eau jus d’orange fruits café thé à disposition . Il manquait cependant une couverture en plus pour la nuit . Sinon nous reviendrons certainement .
